They never open on time

Last month i went to the branch in fleurdal, bloemfontein to pay my account, the sign say the open at 09h00 it were 09h20 nobody has opened the doors yet... Now if i get late for work i get fired but it didn't seem to bother them. I wasn't the only one that were starting to get iritated with this. The staff were in the shop why can't they open the place, but if you are like a day late with your payment they are very quick to phone, but they can't even open on time... I suggest before you phone me again about my account make sure you guys open on time. If you guys open late again i gonna promise you i will not go to the branch again to make a payment for that month so sick and tired for bad service you get paid to do your job please DO IT PROPERLY
