I needed to have ID photo's taken so I went to Foto First on my way to work. I waited in the parking lot until 08h55 and then went in. Most of the shops had their roller doors open 1/3. At 09h00, the other shops opened except FF.By 09h05 I ducked under the roller door and enquired whether they were planning on opening anytime soon. Their first response was that they'd open @ 09h00. When they realised it was already 09h05, they said they would open in 5 mins, they were waiting for a machine to start up.

They didn't bother to enquire what I needed and if they could help in any way. So I left. I went there because it's convenient, close to home and should be open by 09h00. Like everyone else, I also need to get to my work and can't hang around till it's convenient for them to provide a service.
