Rude and bad attitude

When a shop is supposed to open at 8:30am then it should be opened then!!! We stood outside knowing there were people inside for over 15 minutes knocking on the glass. This woman comes out repremands us because they are in training!! I told her there should be a sign to say they would open late and her response was cheek... I am not impressed. I have work to do and cannot just come back later... If there had been a sign I would have gone to another shop first.
