OUTSTANDING Customer Service

I placed an order online for items I had hoped I could wear to my sons Christening on the weekend. However I placed the order so late I only gave them 1 day for delivery (which is almost possible)

I emailed customer care in the hopes I could find someone who could assist me by trying to get my order delivered the next day. I was lucky enough to get a prompt response from Maria.

She was helpful and understanding from the get go and did everything in her power to find the items at a store near me and not succeeding there - to then contact the warehouse to get my items marked as urgent.

I got everything I needed on time and will be proudly posing with my gorgeous son in photos at his Christening.

Maria you have no idea how much of a life saver you are and to find someone who truly cares about their customers is rare in this day and age. I cannot thank you enough
