BAD SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

Still waiting for my lounge suite to arrive!!! was PROMISED on Sunday 01/09/2013 it would be delivered in 72 hours, called yesterday to confirm and was told I would have it before 5 at 4-45 and was promised again I would have it, the driver then called at 7 to say he has had a hectic day and would deliver by ten o clock today 05-09-2013... ten o clock has come and gone and I am still waiting. what an oversell of service!!! So disappointed
