SARA THIELMAN SAVED THE DAY

Sara Thielman came to the rescue when she realised that khalahari had mistakenly assured me that an order for a textbook would be ready, when it was not. I was very stressed about this because i had an exam to study for, and Sara realized this and made a huge effort to insure that i recieved the textbook the same day that i was promised, even though it would have only have been ready for collection in a few days time. I am extremely grateful and she has restored some of my faith in trusting puchasing goods online. Thank you Sara!!
