Waiting 6 months now for refund

I logged a complaint before about a 193 refund I have been struggling to get for 6 months now - CRM:00490518.

I did everything Sara Thielman told me to do. I money showed on Kalahari. I then applied for refund online into my account, same account i did the transaction from and still no refund,
