Money from people!!

Hi Fi corporation assured me the debit order would stop yet they are still taking money out of my account after I have settled my bill.

I asked the lady 3 times when I payed my account in full if the debit order would now stop and every time she assured me it would without a doubt stop... Really, then why are you still taking my money... is all it is! When I asked that it be returned to me, I was told I have to drive to N1 city to sign a form to get my money back! And the money for the petrol to get to you? And an hour out of my day? Fast to take your money and you must put in the effort to get it back!

If I am expected to do my job to earn money to pay you, why am I expected to do yours too!!! A bunch of monkeys. RETURN MY MONEY WITHOUT ME BEING FURTHER OUT OF TIME AND MONEY!!
