Unsatisfactory and disappointing service!

My mothers Sharon Niekerk has been a loyal customer and has purchased at the store in question religiously but when my mother was keen on purchasing a pair of talkies she was not only disregarded because her face is common in the store but also because our family as a whole have been regulars within the store. The staff failed to go and look for the item in the store and even and told my mother the item is only in kiddies sizes but we found the item even after being to and turned away and disregarded. This makes not only the experience distasteful but left my mother not wanting to support the store again and what was most disgusting was that the staff along with the management treated the place like a club and were in clusters talking and entertaining each other and not once but a few occasions we had to approach them and ask for hel. This is unprofessional and uncalled for and makes us feel we are not valued.
