Last week the above mentioned consaltant gave me a call regarding my account as there is an amount overdue, as it is part of her job I dont have a problem with that. The way she spoke to me with disrespect and did not even listern to what I have to say and banged the phone on my ear. For such arrogance I demand an apology.
