Poor Service

The Branch was in Alexandra before they moved to Kempton Park, We bought a stove of which one plate and the oven decided not function any more, we have launched complaint 2012 around November. We have not been enjoying this product since we cant even bake. Every time when we phone we are told that technicians will be attending to the matter. We are told that the stand in manager will call us and nothing happens. I wish if we could be valued as customers.
