REPAIRS EVERY MONTH

I purchased a KIC stainless steel stove at Shoprite Pan Africa Mall in Alexandra about 11 months ago, i have never had any joy with it, as its always have to be repaired. There's been already 3 call outs for technicians in past the 11 months and same issue occurs all the time (heat level button adjusters damaged). I have already finished paying for it but i feel as though this product is a rip off. I am tired of logging calls and waiting for technicians to come a weeke later. I want KIC to replace the fake 4 plate stove that was provided to me. Shoprite cant help as they say its not their product as they are selling on behalf of KIC.
