Thank you for changing my fridge

On Saturday 10 August 2013 a team repair team came from Samsung Electronics to repair my Samsung fridge.
On Sunday morning 11 August 2013 there was ice and frost again.
Prior to this I had sent an Email to Mr Boysen Pillay from Game and on Sunday we got a call that Game City View branch will replace that fridge. It was an experience shopping at Game, it reminded me why I still buy from this company. I walked into Game City View and a lady by the name of Bernice walked up behind me and greeted me and introduced herself.
It sad to say when I purchased at Game Gateway the service was not close to this or friendly and helpful. I will definitely be shopping at Game City View.
After a long time I walked out the store a happy customer
We seem to be quick to complain and never take the time to compliment.
I would like to thank Bernice & Mr Boysen Pillay from Game Cuty View and Travean from Samsung for all their assistance and brilliant customer service.
Thanks Game City View... You guys ROCK.
