Still no resolution to my query 10 days late

I am absolutely disgusted with Edgars. 10 Days later and I still have no reply to my account query which I submitted. Details below. I have requested three times to speak to someone on a more senior level and I just get ignored. Are they hoping that by ignoring me they will get money that is not due to them. Their responses on this website are impersonal and probably a copy/paste secenario because nothing gets done to resolve and issue and there is no sense of urgency.

I returned two items to the East Rand Mall store on Tuesday 20 August. The value of the returned goods was R649.90. I then purchased different items that came to the value of R560.85 but my balance is now reflected as the full amount and the items that I returned were not deducted from my balance. I logged a query with the customer helpdesk and they passed it onto the store. I attached all the relevant dockets proving that the items were returned. A representative from the store called me on Monday 26 August and asked me for the dates and details of my query even though this had already been submitted. He said he would follow up and get back to me. Still waiting for resolution.
