I'm not happy to what have happen to me, I have bought a stove from the shop it was a good dial, the stove it has a one year qurantee, when the stove giving a problem I return the stove back to the shop instead of helping me they fail to acknowledge there is a problem, no one have taken a responsibility to solve my problem, what they have done is to blame me make the excuse that the stove is rusted and the stove is not on the good condition, it has cost me time and money because I have call customer care and they say I can go back to shop they will provide me with the new stove, instead of giving the new stove they have give the bad word and after some time they decide to give the stove the way they tread I'm total disappointed or myb is because of I'm black, The proposal is the management it has to give the staff proper training how to handle complain, this is what they need to know knowledge of the problem, knowledge of consumer law, having staff with authority to make decisions to help the customer, Customers are looking for their problem to be easy solved and dealt with quickly, sensitively, and fairly.
