I bought a Wifi hub on 26/04/2013. Which stopped working around the 14/08/2013. I took it back to CNA Midrand and they said it was working at that time. I explain to them that I'm not a stupid I know the device was OFF with a charger connected to it. Tshepo said since they can't find a problem, I can take it up with Belinda at thier had office. He will not give me a refund. Called and left numerous messages for Belinda Arkerman (011 495 6000), Im still waiting for a call back today. Tshepo then reffered me to Abra Cassim (079 128 4167) on 19/08/2013, Like a good politician, he explain their processes. Then was passed back to Tshepo who said he will organise a courier to come collect the device from me so that the manufacturer can it.
I guesse CNA uses donkeys for Courier as to-date, Im still waiting.
Just Refund my money.
