I recently purchased a bodywash and bodyspray combo from Clicks.

I was so impressed with it that I went to purchase more. However, it was only a Christmas special and they did not carry stock of it.

I queried online if they were able to order me any, and they promptly did a stock query at their available branches and found that the Bluff Branch still had stock.

Ayesha Kamish and Gamiedah Kamish consulted with the Branch there and asked Terri-Anne to keep stock for me.

I arrived to find that not only had they kept stock, but it was also marked down from the original R100 to R65.

Great job Clicks! It is refreshing to see both online and actual stores working in synergy! I hope these 3 ladies are credited for my great customer service which I experienced!
