Empty Promise

I was promised a free gift when buying Megara 21piece, till today i haven't received that gift. They don't have shame of phoning me about the special they have, even after empty promise they made. What I'm waiting for is to finish my instalment and out i am from HomeChoice and will never look at any paper that has got the name HomeChoice, even if they say 50% off on anything you buy.
NB: I have negotiated the gift and the sale person passed me to the sale marketing manager and we reached an agreement of a gift. I have phoned couple of times and was never successful. The recorded tape of what I am saying has got the evidence of what I'm complaining for. Now i am afraid to enter into any telephonic contract.
