In Feb 2013 i decreased my CR limit as I was consolidating my debt and did not need any more then the amount requested. My financial situation got a lot better by May and in June I called the customer service helpline to increase the limit. My limit was increased and i went and bought a few items... Now 3 months later I am told that I never increased my limit as the CS agent who assisted me in June never made notes??? I was also told that i can speak to her directly but after being on hold for 20 odd minutes i hung up. I have sent 2 emails to [Email Removed] and have had no reply... This morning i called the call centre AGAIN to find out what is happening and once again i was put on hold for over 15 minutes until finally I was cut off... I am on hold AGAIN NOW - 6 minutes into the call and i haven't even had a hello?? The incompetance of your staff is NOT my problem and why should i have to wait for your system to decide what to do when your staff don't even know what they are doing??? Edgars is one of the more expensive shops and perhaps its time you used some of the income to train your staff!!!
