Poor quality PrivateCollection goose feather duvet

I bought a king size goose feather duvet from Edgars's Private Collection 6 months ago. I do not have the receipt any more as I bought cash (R1500). Well my complaint is that this duvet looses feathers on a daily basis. The quality of the material is poor so therefor it does not keep the feathers inside the duvet. The stitching between the squares is just as poor as some squares is nearly empty and others much fuller. On a weekly basis my linen gets washed and the duvet has to be taken outside for the cover to be removed otherwise my room will be covered in feathers. I am so disappointed with this duvet. Seeing I do not have a receipt anymore to proof my purchase (other than the Private Collection embroided emblem) I will replace this duvet from a more trusted supplier. I do need to urge clients NOT to buy this product from any Edgars. The frustration will be more than the pleasure out of this feathery mess.
