Woolworths
Woolwoths, really bad customer service!!!

I went to woolwoths to exchange 2 items that I did not want, that I received as a gift while I worked overseas for 2 years. They have their original tag and price on and is in perfect condition but the manager and staff had such a bad attitude and didn't want to assist me or help me to sort out this problem.

They don't have a problem when other customers cut clothing or tear it to bring it back for money but decent and honest customers that will like to buy something nice with their birthday money get showed away because they weren't in the country at the time of their birthday and could only open their presents at the time to exchange the items!!

I was extremely upset with the treatment and service and am a loyal shopper that spend thousands per year. I really am disappointed that Woolworths allows this type of attitude and poor service to influence their business. My own Mother spends about R100 000 there and we get all the corporate gifts there, but if this is how Woolwoths operates and want to keep their long term clients then its a shame for business!

I am really disappointed
I was in tears!!
