Good morning...
On the 17 June 2013, i procured the Skin intelligence (IQ) moisturizer and toner. 3 days aftet I started using it I got a huge pimple that was more like a boil and full of pus and a number of small pimples around this big boil that I could feel but they hadnt come out. I became concerned but then thought it's my skin adjusting to the new product. These small pimples started erupting one by one and then after the 2nd week, I got a huge boil on my neck. That was jsust too much, so I took the product to Diskem Centurion and explained my situation to her. At first, she brushed it off telling me that the product is very good and that it is my hormones! But at my insistence, she took my details and kept the product informing me that she will liaise with the manufacturer and get back to me but that I should teat my hormones. It's been 2 months or more and I have not heard anything from Diskem or the manufacturer. I would also like to enquire regarding Elise's qualifications to diagnose hormonal imbalances because it is rather unprofessional to force one's opinion on another, without being asked for it! I spend more thatn R1000 at Diskem, every month. Disapointd
