SKIN PEGMITATION AFTER USING HOT ICE MUSCLE JOINT

I have purchased the Hot Ice Muscle and Joint Gel in December, - LOT 6360 Exp 05/2014 (Barcode: 6 009511 140018).
I applied it mornings and evenings for joint or muscle pain, I have almost used 3/4 of product, I stopped using it because I felt that there was not any relief.
After about 3 months, this scar / burn mark appear... I went to my GP Dr Henry Kelbrick he prescribed cortisone this did not have any effect. We have reported this to Dis-Chem as to date no help or suggestions was offered. I went to the Dis-Chem in Fairy Glenn, the sister also looked at scar/burnt skin... she also confirmed that this is not a allergic reaction.
At time of usage and applying of product I did not experience any discomfort, nor decolourant/ redness of my skin. THIS MARK ONLY APPEAR MUCH LATER!!
I discussed this with Richard Asman (011) 314 0148/5 because I was asked to contact him. I am not sure why I was even called because he was more worried about COMPENSATION than anything else!!!
This mark was DEFINITELY CAUSED BY THIS PRODUCT!!
It is totally unacceptable that nobody is doing anything about this PRODUCT!! This should be taken of the selves... And nobody is doing anything to assist
