On the 31/07/2013 i sent woolworths an email asking for a statement for my account. Ten days later on the 10/08/2013 i receive a response from Marianu Serra advising that i will get my statements in 7-10 working days. that is ridiculous, it shouldn't take that long just to get a response! then i am told i would need to wait even more! on the 19/08/2013 i sent Marianu Serra a mail asking when i will be getting my statements as i still have received nothing! I even stated on the mail if i should complain first on hello peter or facebook to get a faster response, and clearly its lead to that! all i am asking for is to see all my purchases and payments and all their charges, now why is it taking so long it makes one think if they are trying to cover cover charges or something! the customer service is so pathetic, i will not advise anyone to open an account at Woolworth's! they do not care about customer requests and needs, i work in a customer care environment and this is not the way to treat customers!
