This is the second time that i go to this branch and Colin the Customer Service Assistant is half asleep. I went today to buy the Selati sugar that is on special and the did not have the last time it was a cheque for the 3kg Omo Auto, i paid for the other items and i went to the customer service desk to collect a rain cheque for the sugar, i told him and it is asif he is thinking if he should assist me or not. After finally deciding to assist he send me to cigarrete counter knowing very well i wont find a cheque there. The lady at the cigarrte counter calls the supervisor i told her that she did not hear but she insist i must relax and mind you i am on lunch. I finally walked after the supervisor myself for further assistant. If you buy 4 125g of simba u get a free magazine but the one supervisor said they dont have that special and walked away, but there is a sign
