Bad Customer Service - Bad attitude

I was standing in the line to go to the fitting room, there was a rack stacked out with pink jerseys and you could see that is was about to fall. When i moved to check the shirts next to it... it fell. This Gumani lady with a bad attitude came, she asked me what i did to the rack? She started shouting me that i caused it and i needed to pick it up. I told her that by the way it was stack it was going to fall anyway and just because i was standing next to it... that didn't mean i caused and even if i did, that is no way to speak to a customer.

So I asked the lady supervising the fitting room her name... i was going to buy the clothes but decided that i don't need the attitude. I would rather go to a store that is welcoming and happily spend my hard earned money.

She went right passed me and ignored what I was saying. I will never again visit that store!!

Bad attitude and that says a lot about management too.
