Irritation at its best

Decided to pop in at truwoths canal walk, walking around the store usually very impressed with their clothing i find a pants I really like but not in my size, I turn around and there is a lady of staff holding on to a rail as if the rail cannot stand on its own. I ask her if their are other sizes other then these ones After giving me a blank stare she shakes her head 'NO' I see another lady and asked her as well not sure if the 1st lady was awake when answering me. She said she would check&left.15-20min later I decide to browse around with my two younger cousins and then found a rail half filled with the pants I'm looking for. At this stage very irritated as the 2nd lady has still not returned. I take the pants and go to the fitting room which is empty and I slowly walk in knowing someone should be there (previously worked in retail knowing fitting room should never be unattended) a lady comes running to me and shouts EXCUSE ME! *why the is she shouting at me as if I'm doing something wrong* irritation levels rising. She DIDN'T have a very good attitude for the intire time I was there! I was very disapointed&disgusted. Canal walk staff has ruined my love for Truworths
