Bad Attitude

My wife and I bought a garment for our Sons girlfriend for Xmas, we specifically asked the sales lady at Eastgate is we could exchange in Cape town if the garment did not fid, this was not a problem as long as it was a gift we could do it after the stupid 10 day return policy, my son and his girlfriend went to TygeValley Shopping Centre where the sales lady was so rude and condescending, we are disgusted with forever New's general attitude to the public. we do not want money back just an exchange.
