I have been trying to get CNA Canal Walk to supply me with a copy of a transaction on a camera purchased in February 2012. This has now been going on via this website since November, and prior to that I have been sent from pillar to post in stores in Durban where I live.

I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS. How difficult is it? Follow up on your customer complaints. How would you guys stay in business without your customers? How would you react if your suppliers did not deliver???

This needs some serious attention. I actually just dont know what to do - close the account that I have had with the Edcon group for nearly 30 years? I am a good customer, as evidenced by my almost R20, 000 credit limit - but I am not prepared to accept this shocking service.

I excpect a new camera otherwise I will be closing my account forthwith.
