Bad Quality, Hygiene and Bad Attitude

I buy most of my groceries at Pick n Pay Faerie Glen and spend an average of R5000 a month there. But I have found that the quality of the meat packaging is unhygienic. I have time and again picked up a pack of meat where the blood drains through the packaging. The meat is also not cleaned properly after cutting/slicing/sawing. The cutlets are also bad as one will find different sizes in one bulk pack, especially in the lamb, beef and pork braai packs where some cutlets are too thin and uneven sliced. Pick n Pay Faerie Glen can learn from Pick n Pay Waterkloof Rand/Ridge. Their cutlets are perfect and clean and the packaging clean and tidy. The staff at Faerie Glen, especially at the tills including the lotto counter is so unfriendly that you will think they do not appreciate the job at all, and it is always like that. The so called fresh buns are actually old. I have never bought buns that I could say that it was fresh. I have bought buns at other Pick n Pays that were fresh but not the one at Faerie Glen. Please up your service, attitude and quality before you lose a client me.
