City mob fail!!!

Placed an order with city mob. They took my order and payment. I received an empty box. I had to inform them I never received bought goods continuously before they responded. They only had excuses and no actual product. They never informed me there was no product. They have known there wasn't any for weeks. Unacceptable. Second time I have dealt with them, second time there has been an issue with delivery. And now I still have to pay, making up for their mistakes. I have received a response from city mob. I don't need another. I want others to be aware of their faults when purchasing.
