NO REFUND FOR ORDER THAT THEY COULDN'T DELIVER

I ordered a few items in November 28th, all items were shown as in stock.
By the 13Dec they order was still not here, so I queried it. I only received a response on the 18th Dec acknowledging that Superbalist would not be able to make the promised delivery time. On the 19th Dec I received another email sayin gthat one of the items I've ordered is no longer available, and that Superbalist WOULD NOT BE REFUNDING ME MY eBUCKS. They have credited my Superbalist wallet or something like that, which totally doesnt help me as I want to buy the product I ordered elsewhere, but my money is now tied up to Superbalist!! This is! Claire is leaning on the eBucks T&C's that I clicked to not refund me or make me good on my original order, this is poor service and arrogance at its best! Pathetic... I feel like I've been robbed. (oh wait I actually have)... robbed of my right to choose where I spend my own eBucks
