Bad Customer Service & Rude Manage

Saturday 17/8/2013 at Pick 'n Pay Kenilworth while shopping my baskets was taken out of my trolley and put aside. Later I noticed that an an elderly lady's trolley was missing and she found it in one of the isles. I immediately advised the store manager that he should keep an eye out for somebody that is taking peoples trolley's and hiding it. It could be that they are checking for personal items of the customers. In return the managers response was there is a shortage of trolleys, so other customers are surely taking it. I explained to him that there is empty basket trolleys standing empty in the isles. He insisted that there is a shortage of trolley's. Surely he could have made a plan to look into the matter. He refused and while I was talking to him he was interfering not wanting to listen to what I am saying. I asked him for his surname and he said that his name is John an that he will not give his surname. This is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why is he a manager? When I turned my back he commented on me with another staff member. I demand a WRITTEN APOLOGY AND A TELEPHONE CALL FROM HIM. I told him I will take the matter further he said he does not care.
