What a gentleman

After the bad service i received from Jet Golden Walk, we went to Egdars Alberton where we met a kind gentlemen (Mpho). He assisted us with such great pleasure, he explained so many things to my mom regarding insurance. He took his time and went out of his way to make sure that we were happy after we arrived and told him how angry we were with Vule from Jet Golden Walk. If only all staff members of the Edcon group could be like this and have great attitudes, the group would have praises. I will never step foot at Golden Walk again and would rather drive from Germiston to Alberton just because of the wonderful service i received!
