CELL C airtime being bought into my account

Hi, I am Miss NP Mbonambi
In my statement I saw that cell c airtime is being bought every month of which I know nothing about it. I never had a cell c number before. I reported the matter at Germiston Golden Walk Jet Store, two weeks back reference number : 7006600100064100961. They phoned the head office and they promised to call me within 24 hours but they never phoned. I went back again to the store to report that I never received any phone call from the head office, again they promised to call within 24 hours, but they did not.

I want the money to be refunded into my account as soon as possible because i know nothing about it and I never had cell c number before.
