How long do you have to wait to be served?

I just came from the Wimpy (Potchefstroom; Bult) where we had an absolutely miserable experience. When we walked in nobody greeted us despite there being three waitresses standing around. We greeted them and they just talked over us. I had to raise my voice before we were greeted and haphazardly shown to a table. There we waited 15 minutes and nobody attended to us; not even for a drink order. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant was not even close to 15% capacity.

This is unacceptable!
