I stopped at Food Lovers Somerset Mall just to buy my children boerewors rolls at the stand they have over weekends. They were busy helping 3 guys who bought boerewors rolls, but when they left they didn't have the decency to help me or acknowledge that I was standing right in front of them. They kept on chatting to each other about a guy. The couple who stood next to me just left, without saying anything. Having stood there for almost 10 minutes, not one of the two girls greeted me or assisted me. They had do no other customers to serve at that time.

When I asked them if they are going to help me, they just stared at me. They didn't even have the decency to answer me, or apologise. I was not greeted nor asked if they could help me.

When I went to look for the manager, I spoke to a girl who was inside the store and all she said was "that is sorry to hear".

I went there for the sole purpose to buy my children's lunch. I went and spent that money at a another store, where I was greeted and helped with a smile.

Absolutely unacceptable service.
