Don't ever go to Japs Tube bending

I sent a brass tube to be bent by Japs they where all yes no problem we can do it fir you, I then followed up each week to check the progress of the order and each time they told me they are still busy trying this and that, after 3 weeks that they said they were bury I finally said that i please want to come and collect the brass tube because I also have a deadline. It then came out that they never even started on my job and that they have been lying to me for 3 weeks.. I then asked to speak to Jaap Jan the person in charge there and all he had to say was oops tell your customer sorry, I mean that was the worst service ever and then for him to tell me that. SO Please stay away from this and take your business somewhere else
