Telesales after business hours!!!

I received a call last night around 20h30 from a person who did not identify herself but said she is from the foshini group. This is not business hours and I see this as harassment, I was already asleep why the phone at that time of night? I was told she works till 21h00 so that is the reason for the call. After many calls to the group no one can tell me who or which department phoned me, so I cant complain with anyone. I do have the number I was called from 0219376274. Why do you still get these calls when you select the option NOT to be contacted for any sales?
