Foschini Group - Disgusting Attitude and Service

I am a account holder of a Markham account for over 12 years & today I am disgusted at the attitude & Service of their so called Customer Service. I am a business owner & for a few months income was slow & therefore I had short payed on my installment but never not payed at all. Finally I have brought my account up to date by paying a lump sum figure which was given to me by a consultant who called me in order for my account to be out of arrears & up to date. I was listed on ITC as a slow payer due to this. I am currently busy with a very important business transaction with a financial institution which requires me having all my credit up to date & in order. Due to this being on ITC they have requested a simple letter or email from the Foschini Group which was needed very urgently today. All the letter needed to say was that my account is up to date and not in arrears but instead "CUSTOMER SERVICE" knowing the urgency and uncommon circumstance won't assist whatsover. I had spent hours on calls being pushed back and forth & I am still waiting for calls from Supervisors and management which was promised. I will hold Foschini Group responsible. My only request is a simple email
