My son placed a cash order with Zando on 18th August, was informed it would take 2 working days, phoned after 2 days, only to be informed that his parcel has been dispatched. Phoned again the next day to be told that the parcel will be delivered at the latest on Friday, 23rd August. Received an email on Monday, 26th August, was advised that they suddenly do not have the goods in stock that he ordered. My husband and myself both phoned them only to be told each time that the parcel has been despatched and he would receive an email confirming this. The worst service my family has ever received. Do not order from them!!!
