False price advertised

On Sunday 25 Aug, I visited the store and bought a waterbottle nike, blue, which was marked down to R39. This was on a shelf of yellow ones and white ones with big round price markdown tags right opposite the till. When I wanted to pay for this water bottle, I was told that the item was incorrectly priced. She did not even apologise. She did not even remove all these bottles from the shelves, but moved it to somewhere else. I felt very disappointed and embarrassed as I am a salesman myself and am quite familiar with these issues. I've tried contacting their head office, but has had no response from them :(
