BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM STORE STAFF ANNELISE

I bought sun glassed 2 days ago. Went to the store today 2 return them (still in good conditions and had the slip) reason 4 the return they are a bit big and lose on my face [PRODUCT UNCOMFORTABLE]. Store consultant had the audacity to advice that she can't take them as i removed the barcoded tag which hangs inbetween the lenses. I repeatedly advise her, i fitted these shades on while i was at the store and they seemed fine which is why i bought them, ofcourse i couldnt walk around with the tag hanging on my face hence i removed it (as i had no intention of returning them hence the removal) however upon removal of this tag, they were lose! She advised she cant take them because i shouldnt have removed the tag??? - thats the most stupid thing i have ever heard! why would i walk around with the tag hanging on the shades?? i had to remove it to fit the product properly. i think you shouldnt have such a BIG tag in such a place in the first place, what am i suppose to do with this unsatisfying goods now?? - if this is a way you treat customers you can kiss my money good bye as i have no intentions of ever buying there again! The manager was not even on duty! what is that???
