On the day I paid my account (IN FULL) 2years ago I got handed over to debt collectors. I only found that out today. Never was this mentioned by Woolworths nor have I recieved any communication from their debt collector company. It has been 2 years since I have used the account.

Now I get a letter of demand from the debt collectors claiming for their collection fees.

Thanks Woolies!! Apart from all the interest you have collected!!
