Customer Care clearly does not care

To Whom it may concern.
My house was broken in to in the beginning of July. June I ordered a Video Camera from Home-choice. This is unfortunately one of the items that they. I sent through all the required information (that their Customer care line told me to send) in the next two days of the.
They have since insisted that I pay for this item. Keep in mind that I do have a Protection plan with them as well. It has been over a month and their customer care centre has not contacted me once on this matter. I have phoned them more times than I can count to try and sort the matter, yet not once has someone from their office contacted me as they keep on promising they would and when I do phone I have even had their consultants slam the phone down in my ear. My last phone call was on Friday. They told me that as per their returns policy the claim was sent later than 14 days. This is not a return, it is a claim and as per their claim terms I had 60 days to claim, I did it in two days. Due to their lack of service I no longer want the item or anything from them. They refuse to be of any help and insist that I carry on paying the.
I want the matter resolved, please Help!
