Woolworths
Settled account but not closed

I was offered a sttlement discount by Woolworths through De LaRey their collections company. I then went to Woolworth store in Pretoria to settle the account paying the amount given on the letter. After a couple of months I got a call from the collections company wanting to collect the remaining 20% as the settlement was 80% of the total balance. I regard this as dishonest from the company, you cannot offer someone settlement and once the person pays the settlement account you do not play according to the promise. I would like Woolworth to close the account as it was settled based on their settlement offer. I was working then still employed and I am now unemployed.
