Ill treated by a salesperson

I was given worse service by a sales lady by the name of Deneo at Edgards Alberton on the 28 April 2013 @ around about 13:45, reported the lady and she was called but still she continued with her bad attitude didnt even have a nerve to apologise for her behaviour then was given a complaint form to fill and was told the store Manager will attend to the complaint and will get back to me its going for two monts now still havent heard from Edgars. Please assistant because such behaviour from sales person is not acceptable at all
