Ackermans
Insensitivity towards miscarriage

Last week my sister and I went into Ackermans. Unfortunately my sister started to miscarry and I requested to use the change room to have her sit down so I could go and fetch the car and rush her to the hospital. She was early in her pregnancy (6 weeks) when I requested to speak to the store manager so that I could have my sister remain in the change room until I returned his first question to me was "is the anything on my store floor"!!! How insensitive and totally disrespectful. I have also sent an email to head office via the Ackermans website and to date have yet to hear from anyone.
