Bad Service with Lay-Bye

To Whom it may concern

I went to Ackermans in Chris Hani Vosloorus to take out a lay-bye. Firstly I waited in the queue for more than 10 minutes to be serviced and the store was not that busy to wait that long.
I paid for the lay-bye and waited again another 15 minutes. Apparently clothes were missplaced and no one bothered to tell us what's happening and I asked one of the cashiers to cancell everything and refund me as I've been waiting for too long (and there were other customers as well who had the same problem as mine).

The cashier who assisted me wasn't bothered that I want to cancell and the time spent in the shop was nothing to them. I decided to go to their office to look for the manager to assist.

Ackermans cannot promise discounts everytime they give bad service. How much money will you be loosing for every discount.
