Sold faulty phone. Now they can't fix t

Bought the phone on 21 march 2013. Within 7 days, handset started giving me problems. I return it and the sales person (who I believe don't work at woollies no more) and the manager Sandra Naidoo, refuse to accept the faulty device. For no good reason

I sent it back again. And now I'm told they cannot fix it, which don't make sense to me.
I need my full refund or a working phone.

Im left with a debt of something I never used. And I'm not happy
